Cancellation and Refundable Policy
Tour Package with accommodation:

- No charge will be levied on cancellation made more than 30 day(s) prior to the CheckIn Date in peak season (from 1 November to 31 January) or during Chinese New year
and Thai New year festival. - Refundable will be charged for money transfer fees only.
- No charge for cancellation made between 15 day(s) in green season ( from 1st May to 31
October. - Cancellation made between 1 day to 6 day(s) will be charged 50% from the deposit payment.
- No show charges 100 % of the total balance
Day tour option without accommodation:
- Cancellation 1 day before date of service before 21.00 p.m, charge 50 % from the total price.
- Cancellation on the date of service charges 100% from the total price.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of the deposit payment.
- Booking amendment no fees Postpone the trip have to be made in 24 hours before departure time.
